See anything missing?

How about now?

Ahhh, yes. ANYTHING is a better with a centaur shooting lasers out of its eyes.

Especially if it's Samantha Bee .

The Toronto-born ex-"Daily Show" correspondent posted the above tweet in response to a controversy that erupted when Vanity Fair tweeted a photo from its feature on late-night television hosts.

The issue with the photo? It didn't feature a single woman.

Vanity Fair addressed the gender imbalance in its story, in which journalist David Kamp wrote, "How gobsmackingly insane is it that no TV network has had the common sense — and that's what we're all talking about in 2015, not courage, bravery, or even decency — to hand over the reins of an existing late-night comedy program to a female person?"

The magazine tweeted that very excerpt on its feed Monday.

But it didn't stop people from reacting to the primary image from the story anyway, as social media users mocked the photo relentlessly.

If we can make a suggestion, why not write a feature on women who work in television comedy, and how that's making TV better than ever?

There's no lack of artists to choose from — Amy Schumer, Jessica Williams, Ellie Kemper, Jane Krakowski, Cecily Strong, Leslie Jones, Mindy Kaling, Zooey Deschanel, Tina Fey and, of course, Samantha Bee herself!

There's enough names mentioned above to fill the space the guys did.

Bee, by the way, has a late night show of her own on the way. "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee" premieres on TBS in January.
